Mike Baker
Mike founded Line-Craft Painting in 2014 with a simple goal: do great work and treat people the right way. After building his own dream home, he understood firsthand how important it is to trust the people working in your space—and set out to create that same experience for others.
As a licensed builder, painter, and real estate professional, Mike brings a deep understanding of both the craftsmanship and the meaning behind every project. He takes pride in the details, the process, and the relationships built along the way—leading a team that shows up, communicates, and genuinely cares about the final result.

Josh Miller
Founding Team Member | Operations CoordinatorJosh played a key role in the early growth of Line-Craft Painting, helping coordinate projects and keep operations running smoothly. While working through college, he balanced hands-on work in the field with earning his BBA in Marketing from Eastern Michigan University.
Known for his strong work ethic and leadership, Josh was an integral part of building the foundation of the company. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with his two rescue cats
Shayne has been part of the Line-Craft journey since the early days, bringing a unique mix of creativity and technical thinking to every project. Before joining the team, he worked alongside Mike as a sous-chef—where their shared work ethic and attention to detail first aligned.
Since then, Shayne has mastered the painting trade while also earning his bachelor’s degree in engineering. Known for his problem-solving mindset and ability to think outside the box, he plays a key role in bringing homeowners’ ideas to life.
Outside of work, Shayne enjoys staying active with soccer, skiing, and golfing, and is also involved in real estate investing.

Alexis brings creativity, strategy, and hands-on experience to the Line-Craft team. Having been with the company for over four years, she started in the field working on cabinet refinishing—giving her a true understanding of the craftsmanship behind every project.
Today, she leads the marketing and brand direction, using her background in campaign development and digital strategy to help Line-Craft grow and connect with homeowners across the community.
For Alexis, it’s all about telling the story behind the work and making sure every homeowner feels confident from the start.

Dave
Dave has been a key part of the Line-Craft team for over 11 years, bringing consistency, precision, and a sharp eye for detail to every project. Known for his craftsmanship and reliability, he plays a major role in delivering the high-quality finishes the company is known for.
A Woodhaven native and graduate of Woodhaven High School, Dave has always been recognized for his creativity and strong work ethic. Outside of work, he enjoys playing euchre, watching sports, and spending time with his cat.

Andrew
Andrew has been a valued part of the Line-Craft team since the early days, known for his versatility and willingness to take on any challenge. His strong work ethic and adaptable skillset made him a natural fit and an important contributor to the company’s growth.
A graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Environmental Science, Andrew has also been involved in community programs supporting local environmental efforts and animal welfare.
Senior Painter
Marcus has been with Line-Craft for over three years, specializing in cabinet refinishing and detailed finish work. Over time, he has developed a strong command of the craft, consistently delivering smooth, high-quality results across a variety of projects.
While cabinets are his primary focus, Marcus has recently expanded into on-site painting, bringing the same level of precision and attention to detail to every space he works in. His growth and dedication to improving his technique have made him a valuable part of the team.
Outside of work, Marcus enjoys playing video games and spending time with friends and family.

Austin brings a strong work ethic and hands-on experience to the Line-Craft team, having grown up on a farm in Kentucky where he developed skills in building and working with his hands. While newer to the professional painting industry, he has quickly picked up techniques and continues to grow with every project.
Known for his reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to learn, Austin has become a great fit for the team. He shows up ready to work, takes pride in improving his craft, and contributes to the high standards Line-Craft is known for.
Outside of work, Austin enjoys fishing and spending time with family.
